The transfer of old-age insurance requires employees to provide the original and photocopy of their ID cards, and materials such as the certificate of dissolution of labor relations and the Employee's Old-age Insurance Manual need to be handled at the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau where social security is paid.

1. Apply for the issuance of the "Certificate of Payment for Participation in the Basic Endowment Insurance"
After the paying employee dissolves (terminates) the labor relationship with the paying unit, I or the payer can bring the following materials to the local social insurance agency to apply for the issuance of the Payment Voucher for Basic Endowment Insurance:
(1) Application, (2) the original and photocopy of the household registration book and ID card of the payer, and (3) the payer entrusts others to handle it on his behalf. Please provide the power of attorney and the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card (4) Employee's Endowment Insurance Manual (5) Relevant information such as the working time and deemed payment period of the paying employee, etc. If it needs to be identified, it is necessary to submit the Personnel File of the paying employee himself (6) Certificate of dissolution (termination) of labor relations, original and photocopy of transfer procedures (7) Other relevant materials stipulated by the policy.
2. Show the Certificate of Insurance and apply for the continuation of the old-age insurance relationship
The paying employee shows his original and photocopy of the Certificate of Insurance to the social insurance agency in the new place of employment and fills in the Application Form for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship. If the transfer conditions are met, the social security agency in the new place of employment will send the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship to the original social security agency.
III. Handling fund transfer formalities
After receiving the Contact Letter, the original social security agency will check the relevant information to generate the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form, handle the fund transfer formalities and send it to the social security agency in the new employment place.
iv. Go through the insurance procedures
Within 15 working days after receiving the Information Form and the transfer fund, the social security agency in the new place of employment shall check the Information Form and the amount of the transfer fund, and record the amount of the transfer fund into the overall fund and the personal account of the insured person respectively according to the regulations, and notify the employer or the insured person to bring the following materials to confirm the transfer and transfer:

Article 5 The transfer and continuance of the basic endowment insurance relationship of the insured personnel shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) If the insured personnel return to their domicile (referring to provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the same below) for employment and enrollment, the relevant social security agency at the domicile shall handle the transfer and continuance procedures in time.
(2) If the insured fails to return to the domicile for employment and insurance, the social security agency in the newly insured place shall handle the transfer and connection procedures in time. But for men over 5 years of age and women over 4 years of age, they should continue to retain the basic old-age insurance relationship in the original insured place, and at the same time establish a temporary basic old-age insurance payment account in the new insured place to record all the contributions of units and individuals. Once again, when the insured person is employed in cross-provincial flow or reaches the conditions for receiving benefits in the newly insured place, all the payment principal and interest in the temporary basic old-age insurance payment account will be transferred to the original insured place or the place for receiving benefits.
(3) if the insured person is transferred with the approval of the organization department of the Party committee at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security, and establishes labor relations with the transferred unit and pays the basic old-age insurance premium, it is not restricted by the above-mentioned age regulations, and should go through the procedures for transferring the basic old-age insurance relationship in time at the transferred place.
