3。 Go through the transfer formalities at the social security center of the receiving place, and the social security office will review the materials and generate a contact letter after confirming that they are correct. The remaining links are contacted by the social security agencies of the two places until they are completed.
4. Complete the transmission and connection. The social security agency in the new employment place accepts the Application Form for the Transfer and Continuation of Social Insurance Relationship and relevant materials for review. In line with the transfer conditions, the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer contact letter will be generated and sent to the social security agency of the original insured place. After receiving the contact letter of social insurance relationship transfer and connection, the social security agency of the original insured place checks the relevant information, generates the Information Form of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship Transfer and Connection, which is used to manage the fund transfer procedures and send it to the social security agency of the new employment place to terminate the local basic endowment insurance relationship of the insured person. After receiving the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship and the transfer fund, the social security agency in the new employment place will check the information form and the amount of the transfer fund according to the information form and the materials provided by the employer or the insured, and record them in the overall fund and the insured's personal account, supplement and improve the relevant information, and complete the transfer and continuity of the insurance relationship.
Legal basis: Article 50 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law. The employing unit shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract at the time of dissolution or termination, and go through the formalities for the transfer of files and social insurance relations for employees within 15 days. Laborers shall handle the work handover according to the agreement of both parties. If the employing unit should pay economic compensation to the workers in accordance with the relevant provisions of this law, it should pay it when the work handover is completed. The employing unit shall keep the text of the dissolved or terminated labor contract for at least two years for future reference.
