According to the Notice on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Enterprise Retirees (Su Ren She Fa [215] No.61) issued by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Finance, The relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the basic pension for enterprise retirees in our city are hereby notified as follows:

1. Scope, object and time of adjustment

Those who have participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in our city and gone through the formalities of retirement, resignation or receiving regular living expenses before December 31 will adjust the basic pension from January 1.

Second, the adjustment method

(1) General adjustment

1. People who retire, resign and receive regular living expenses will receive a monthly increase in 4 yuan.

2. according to my payment period (including deemed payment period, excluding converted payment period). If the mantissa is less than 1 year, it shall be calculated as 1 year. The same below), increase the 3 yuan every month for every full year; If the monthly increase is less than that in 45 yuan, it will be increased in 45 yuan.

(II) Underpinning adjustment

1. If the basic pension increased by retirees, resignees and those receiving regular living expenses is lower than that in 22 yuan, the 1 yuan will be increased every month for every full year according to the payment period of the person; if it is less than 15 years, the sum of the basic pension increased according to the above three items and the basic pension increased according to this item shall not be higher than that in 22 yuan.

2. If the basic pension increased by some retirees through general adjustment and care is lower than the following levels, they can be supplemented: if the basic pension for the previous month is less than 3, yuan, it will be 1% of my basic pension for the previous month; Before the adjustment, the basic pension for the previous month was more than 3, yuan, which was calculated as 1% for the part below 3, yuan, 6% for the part above 3, yuan to 4, yuan, 4% for the part above 4, yuan and 2% for the part above 5, yuan (the following figures include the number, and the above figures exclude the number).

(III) Tilting of Senior Retirees and Protection of Retired Military Cadres

1. For retirees who have reached the age of 7 before December 31st (the age is subject to the date of birth determined at the time of retirement, the same below), those who have reached the age of 75, those who have reached the age of 75, those who have reached the age of 8 and those who have reached the age of 8, 4 yuan, 6 yuan and 8 yuan will be issued separately each month; 3 yuan, 5 yuan and 7 yuan will be issued separately each month for those who retire and receive regular living expenses.

IV. Adjustment of basic pension for retired (resigned) personnel in the first half of the year

For those who go through retirement and resignation procedures from January 1 to June 3, the basic pension or living expenses will be adjusted with reference to the relevant provisions of this article from July 1. Senior citizens who reach the age of 7, 75 and 8 during this period will make up the difference from July 1 according to the relevant provisions of this article on the issuance of pensions for senior citizens (no separate documents will be issued).
