This is not a long-term solution, so we can only establish a complete property management system and properly charge property management fees to ensure the normal environmental sanitation of the quarters. At the same time, the dredging and cleaning of sewers and septic tanks should be distinguished. If they are within the scope of property, they should strive for property maintenance funds for maintenance; Belong to the municipal facilities, solved by the competent department of construction. They take the initiative to close the distance with the interviewees, so that they can dispel their ideological concerns and objectively and truly reflect the family's production and living conditions, existing difficulties and opinions and suggestions. * * * Visited 567 households, carefully filled out and distributed 567 pieces of "People's Feelings and Heartfelt Cards", and established the students' files of Liyuan Village and Wucheng and the accounts of people's feelings and public opinions, which laid a solid foundation for the next step to formulate assistance measures, mediate and resolve contradictions, and carry out contact and assistance work.

At the same time, the production and living conditions of poor households and the difficulties, demands and suggestions reflected by farmers were carefully collected and sorted out.
