As far as I know, KONE is one of the few law firms in China that really implements the integrated operation mode. Partners and hired lawyers are relatively neat, pay attention to the overall ability of the firm, and are more professional and international. Kone's professional quality is very good, which is one of the reasons why this firm enjoys a good reputation in the industry although it is not large (about 130 people). Personally, I think this is a very good and potential law firm. Another feature of this firm is that it pays attention to the training of young lawyers. Several of my friends in the industry are full of praise for their training system.
