In order to standardize the subscription and redemption of transactional open-end index funds and meet the capital allocation needs of specific institutional investors, according to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Transactional Open-end Index Funds of Shanghai Stock Exchange (Revised in 2020), the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange) revised the relevant provisions of the Guidelines for Specific Institutional Investors to Participate in the Subscription and Redemption of Transactional Open-end Index Funds. And the name of the rule is adjusted to "Guidelines for Specific Institutional Investors to Participate in the Purchase and Redemption of Securities Investment Funds". The newly revised "Guidelines for Specific Institutional Investors to Participate in the Purchase and Redemption of Securities Investment Funds" (see Annex for details) is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The Publication Announcement (SSE Zi [2012] No.225) issued by this Exchange on October 20th, 20 165438/KLOC-0 shall be abolished at the same time.
