Shintaro (1874— 19 19), the main Japanese representative who signed this Covenant, is a Saga native and industrialist. After 1890, I worked in Mitsui Co., Ltd. 1906- 19 14 as the director of Manchuria Railway. He is closely related to revolutionaries such as Mr. Wang, Chen and Dai, and supports Junsaburo Yamada and others to participate in revolutionary activities. He told General Akiyama Shinji, then Chief of Staff of Marshal Dongxiang during the Russo-Japanese War, and Zhang Zao, Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: "If Sun Wen has any plans, it must give assistance." The first step is to support the activities of revolutionaries Liu Datong, Chiang Kai-shek and Chen in Northeast China. They paid Yamada Junsaburo tens of thousands of yuan to "go to Shanghai to prepare" and transferred more than 300,000 yuan to Mr. Yamada. (Junsaburo Yamada's "zhina Revolution and Me", published by Japan Concord No.248-249)

The above convention was published in the National Review published in March this year. But at that time, the outside world seemed to have heard about it. Hu Lin, Xiong Kewu, Cheng Qian and Li Genyuan. , published in Shanghai Justice magazine (19 15) on February 5, 2005, wrote a letter to the newspaper, one of which indicated that they stopped the revolution and agreed with their foreign political views, while the other implicitly accused them: "However, it is unforgivable for Heaven to recruit wolves and reject tigers with different abuses."
