The Social Assistance Foundation of Kaiping District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province was established in May 2020 15. Due to the upgrade, Kaiping Rescue Management Station was moved to the vicinity of Liangyuan Road, Changsha Street, Kaiping City on July 17 to handle business.
