Article 20 After the signing of the Agreement on Projects Supported by the National Publishing Fund, the Fund Office shall issue the first notice of appropriation within 15 working days, and go through the appropriation procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Finance on centralized treasury payment. The project undertaker shall send the receipt to the fund office and the competent unit within 20 days after receiving the grant.
Twenty-first funded projects approved and completed in the same year will be allocated 90% of the total funding for the first time, and the rest will be allocated after the acceptance of entertainment projects. For funded projects completed in different years, 10% of the total funding is reserved, and the initial funding shall not be higher than 40% of the total funding. After the remaining funds pass the annual inspection, the annual funding amount shall be approved according to the completion of the annual inspection and the work plan for the next year, and the funding notice shall be issued and the funding procedures shall be handled before April 30 each year. After the acceptance of the project, the reserved funds will be allocated.
Twenty-second funds should be earmarked for supporting direct costs and expenses such as editing, remuneration, copyright fees, proofreading, printing and copying, and purchasing raw and auxiliary materials and materials.
