2. All employees who have worked in the enterprise for 12 months have the right to enjoy annual leave.

3. The calculation of annual leave days should be based on working years. Those who have worked for more than 1 year but less than 10 year can take 5 days of annual leave; 10 working years, less than 20 years, can take 10 days annual leave; Those with more than 20 years can take 15 days off.

Note that the working years here are not the years of working for the current enterprise, but the years of participating in social work.

At this point, there is a problem in the implementation of enterprises, that is, how to prove working hours. It is easy for people whose personal files are kept in enterprises to query directly from the files, but it is more troublesome for migrant workers who don't pay much attention to the management of personal files.

4. If the employee does not take annual leave, he shall be paid three times the daily salary, unless the employee voluntarily applies in writing.

5. If you take sick leave or personal leave for more than a certain period of time in winter and summer vacation and your salary is not deducted by the unit, you can't take annual leave.

6. Employees whose annual leave should be taken one year before New Year's Day, but less than one year, shall have their annual leave days determined according to the remaining calendar days in the company, and those less than 1 whole days after conversion shall not enjoy annual leave.
