The subjects of securities general qualification examination are: basic knowledge of financial market, basic laws and regulations of securities market; The subjects of special business qualification examination are: publishing securities research report business (securities analyst competency examination); Securities investment consulting business (competency test of securities investment consultants) and investment banking business (competency test of sponsor representatives). Anyone who has passed the general qualification examination can take part in the special business qualification examination.
