Guangdong Charity Federation is legally registered and established according to the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), Regulations on the Registration of Social Organizations and Regulations on the Management of Foundations. It is a non-profit social organization, a social organization legal person, and a province-wide social organization voluntarily participated by people from all walks of life, enterprises, institutions and related groups who are enthusiastic about charity. It has the function of guiding and coordinating charitable organizations in the province and carrying out extensive exchanges and cooperation with foreign and overseas charitable organizations.
