It is collected from all fund holders, accrued daily according to the total fund size of the day, and carried forward once a month.

Suppose the total fund size is 40 billion yuan on April 7th, and the withdrawal cost is 40000000 * (0.33%+0.10%+0.25%)/365 = 745205.48 yuan.
