Go to the local newspaper and declare the lost receipt invalid.
3. Take the newspaper that published the lost bill and declared it invalid, and then return to the maintenance fund window, and attach a copy of the newspaper registration procedures and the original and copy of my ID card. After passing the examination by the window staff, keep a copy of the newspaper, newspaper registration procedures and my ID card. Then, the window staff went to the finance department of the bureau to handle it.
4. The reissue time is 20 working days, and I bring my ID card to receive the reissue receipt.

According to national regulations, before obtaining the house ownership certificate according to law, the "house maintenance fund" must be paid. If it's a purchase invoice, if your former owner paid the house maintenance fund.
Area difference refund. Due to the reasons of the development and construction unit, if the difference between the maintenance fund deposited by the owner according to the predicted area and the measured area exceeds 3%, the house owner may apply for return. If the maintenance fund is not returned, you can participate in the calculation of interest in the account and use it as a maintenance fund.
Check out or refund if the house is damaged. When the owner changes the house or returns the house, if the maintenance fund has been deposited, he can apply for a refund; If the house is damaged due to house expropriation and other reasons, the balance of the house maintenance fund can be fully refunded.
