Article 2 Researchers from universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and institutions may apply for projects within the scope stipulated in the Project Guide for Open-end Funds and Directors' Funds formulated by our laboratory.
Article 3 The time for accepting applications for open-end funds and general fund projects is from September 6th to September 30th every year. Special circumstances will be notified separately.
Article 4 The research cycle of open-end funds and director fund projects is generally two years.
Fifth scientific and technical personnel with senior titles can apply directly, and other scientific and technical personnel need to be recommended by two scientific and technical personnel with senior titles and approved by their units.
Article 6 The application and evaluation procedures for open-end funds and director-general fund projects:
(1) The laboratory issued the Project Guide for Open-end Funds and Director Funds and the Notice of Application;
(2) The applicant puts forward a research topic and writes the Application for Open Fund Project of the Key Laboratory of Medicinal Resource Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Molecular Engineering of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the application) according to the requirements of the Guide for Open Fund and Director Fund Projects and the Instructions for Application.
(3) Submit the application form (in triplicate) and its electronic documents before the deadline for filing;
(4) The Academic Committee of the Laboratory evaluates the application according to the significance, academic value and innovation of the project, and selects the best open project and funding amount.
(5) The approved project shall be notified to the applicant before 10 every year after the director of the academic committee of the laboratory and the director of the laboratory sign the approval opinions, and the applicant shall be notified within 5 days after the special circumstances are approved. Sign the project task contract for the approved project.
Article 7 Research projects funded by domestic researchers accepted by laboratories shall be listed as laboratory open fund projects after being approved by the laboratory director. The subject of self-owned research fund which is of great significance to the laboratory discipline and related research work in our hospital can be funded by the Laboratory Open Fund after being audited by the Laboratory Academic Committee.
Article 8 The measures for the use of the project funds of the open fund and the director fund shall be implemented with reference to the relevant management measures for the vertical project research funds of Guangxi Normal University.
The specific expenditure scope of project funds is as follows:
(1) The research expenses directly related to the funded projects include the purchase expenses of special small instruments and equipment, the rental expenses of instruments, the inspection expenses, the maintenance and operation expenses, the depreciation expenses, the calculation expenses, the materials expenses, the processing expenses, and the water and electricity consumption expenses that should be paid when using the public facilities and large equipment of our laboratory.
(2) research fees, data reproduction fees, publishing and printing fees, academic exchange fees, review fees, etc.
(3) Allowance, transportation and accommodation during working in this laboratory.
Article 9 The project funds of the open fund and the director fund are earmarked for special purposes and can be carried forward to the next year, but they shall not be used for other purposes. The remaining funds at the end or termination of the project should be turned over to the laboratory; The balance of self-funded open fund projects shall be returned to the original funded units or individuals.
Tenth projects funded by the Open Fund and the Director Fund must submit the progress report of the research plan every year, and submit academic papers, research reports or stage summaries according to the nature and progress of the project.
Eleventh at the end or termination of the project, the following materials must be submitted to the laboratory for the record:
(1) project task contract.
(2) Project summary report.
(3) Copies of academic papers or research reports.
(4) All technical documents such as original records.
Article 12 The laboratory will organize relevant experts to evaluate the completion of the project, and give priority to those with excellent completion in the fund application for the next year. Patents, identification or appraisal, economic benefits and other achievements obtained from research work shall be notified to the laboratory in the form of annual work summary or research work summary.
Article 13 Instruments, equipment or processed experimental devices purchased by our laboratory with open fund and director's fund shall be included in the fixed assets of our laboratory and owned by our laboratory.
Fourteenth research results obtained by the open fund and the director fund shall be owned by the laboratory and the unit where the researchers work. To publish a paper, you must sign "Key Experiment of Drug Resource Chemistry and Drug Molecular Engineering" and indicate "Key Laboratory of Drug Resource Chemistry and Drug Molecular Engineering Supported Project (FundNo.). ) "(English: This project was supported by the Key Laboratory of Medical Resource Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of the Ministry of Education (Guangxi Normal University) (FundNo.); Or sign the "State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base-Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Key Laboratory of Medicinal Resource Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Molecular Engineering", and indicate the fund number (English: the project is funded by the State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base of Medicinal Resource Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Molecular Engineering of the Ministry of Science and Technology).
