Multi-storey residence (with elevator): 9 yuan/m2;

small high-rise and high-rise residential buildings (above and including 7 floors): 145 yuan/square meter.

2. The deposit standard of maintenance funds for housing reform is:

(1) The owner shall deposit maintenance funds according to the construction area of the property he owns, and the amount of the first maintenance fund per square meter of construction area shall be 2% of the local housing reform cost price;
