He graduated from Shenyang Institute of Architectural Engineering in July 1985, majoring in industrial and civil construction engineering and stayed at the school to teach. He has successively served as deputy director and department head of the Materials Department of Shenyang University of Architectural Engineering, deputy dean of Shenyang University of Architectural Engineering, and vice president of Shenyang University of Architectural Engineering. He concurrently serves as a member of the Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Professional Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, Vice Chairman of the Cement Professional Committee of the Chinese Portland Society, and Vice Chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Civil Engineering and Architecture Society. The main research directions are low-temperature concrete, research and evaluation of new building materials, cement-based composite materials, etc. As the host, he has completed and is currently undertaking *** 34 national, provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Tenth Five-Year Major Scientific and Technological Research Projects, the National Eleventh Five-Year Major and Key Science and Technology Support Plan Projects; as the first Completers have won 38 provincial and ministerial awards including the second prize of Liaoning Provincial Technological Invention Award, the second prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, etc.; and have won various national, provincial and ministerial level awards such as National Distinguished Teacher and Liaoning Provincial Outstanding Expert. 27 honorary titles. As the first author, he has published more than 60 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, 26 of which were included in SCI and EI.
