Meet the following conditions, you can get the qualification of exemption from examination!
1. Engaged in investment management related business in the last three years and met relevant qualification requirements. This situation mainly refers to the business related to asset management in the last three years, and the average annual asset management scale is more than 6,543,800 yuan. 2. Pass the securities qualification examination, futures qualification examination and banking qualification examination and meet the relevant qualification requirements, or pass the financial qualification examination such as CPA qualification examination, legal professional qualification examination and asset appraiser professional qualification examination and meet the relevant qualification requirements.
For some senior managers of private equity funds who meet one of the above two conditions, their institutions or individuals shall submit to China Asset Management Association the asset management scale certificate or relevant qualification certificate issued by the fund custodian (fund custody department) or fund service institution in the last three years, and upload the relevant materials for the above qualification application in electronic form through the qualification documents of the private equity fund registration and filing system.
After passing the examination, private equity fund executives can obtain the exemption qualification of the fund qualification examination. As long as you pass subject one, you can be sure that you have obtained the qualification for fund practice.
It is worth noting that if you want to be exempt from the exam, you must be a senior manager of private equity funds. If you are not a senior manager of a private equity fund, even if you meet the above conditions, you are not eligible for exemption.
