The national project applicant shall meet the following conditions:

3. Be able to provide necessary conditions for research and promise credit guarantee.

4, as a part-time staff from part-time units to declare the national social science fund project. Part-time units must review the authenticity of the formal employment relationship of part-time personnel, assume the responsibility of project management and promise credit guarantee.

5, the unit can according to the actual needs of the research, absorb overseas researchers as members of the research group to participate in the application.
