Second, if you use your ID card to inquire, if you have a joint provident fund card, the password is the last four digits of your ID card plus 00. The analysis is as follows:

1. If the password of the housing provident fund has not been modified, you can use the provident fund to retrieve the password from the last six digits of the household registration number;

2. If your password of housing provident fund is lost, you can report the loss through the customer service hotline 96688 or the provident fund website first, and you can go to the provident fund office where your account is located with your ID card and provident fund card within 15 working days after the loss report takes effect.

3. If you forget the password of the housing provident fund, employees need to bring their ID cards and housing provident fund cards to any office to which the housing provident fund belongs to fill in the legal basis: apply for loss reporting of the housing provident fund, and within five days after the oral loss reporting is successful, present their ID cards to the office where the housing provident fund account is located, the housing provident fund card and the housing provident fund card with the seal reserved by the unit for formal loss reporting (that is, written loss reporting).
