First of all, you must open the online banking of CCB.

To open CCB's online banking, you must use CCB Dragon Card or current savings account and its withdrawal password. Securities card cannot be used to open online banking.

To open online banking of CCB, you can log on to the website of CCB for self-service opening (non-contracted users) or register at the counter of CCB (contracted users).

After opening and logging in to CCB's online banking,

Click Investment and Financial Management-Fund Business-Fund Homepage-Holding Fund,

Then a window will appear to confirm the certificate information.

After confirmation, you can query the information of holding funds or transactions.

If you are a contracted user and U shield user of CCB online banking, you can also open an account, apply/subscribe, convert, redeem and cancel the fund on CCB online banking.

If it is a non-contracted user of CCB's online banking, it can only be queried.

Note: All fund-related operations on CCB's online banking must be conducted between 9:00- 15:00 on the trading day, otherwise an error will be prompted.
