The Securities Investment Fund Law of the People's Republic of China is a law enacted to regulate the activities of securities investment funds, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and related parties, and promote the healthy development of securities investment funds and capital markets.

The Securities Investment Fund Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted at the 5th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress on October 28, 2002, and came into effect on June 1, 2004.

The current version was revised at the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress.
