After listening to Director X's lecture, I not only have a deep understanding of the origin and history of X Petrochemical, but also have a certain understanding of its products, characteristics and uses. I usually live in the ivory tower of the school, and I seldom have the opportunity to go out for internship. Even if I go out to do odd jobs in winter and summer vacations, I do some manual work in labor-intensive factories. Before I went to practice, I really had no idea about the word production mechanization. Although we also know that the society is very developed now through the study of teaching materials, many productions have entered mechanized production, and coolies have gradually withdrawn from production. However, I can't deeply understand the role of mechanization in production without seeing it with my own eyes and experiencing it personally. When I came to Maoming Railway Transportation Company, I saw trains coming and going carrying various products, but I didn't see many workers directing operations at the scene. As soon as I walked into their information building, I saw several staff members performing various operations in front of a huge electronic screen. I realized that these operations were carried out systematically and had entered a semi-automatic state, and many workers were not needed to conduct command at the scene. The on-site staff did not direct the work, but learned through the system that the following machinery had failed and continued to repair. Then I came to xx Group Co., Ltd., a woven bag factory with an annual output of 30 million tons. I thought there would be many workers working in the workshop. However, as soon as I came to the workshop, I knew that my original idea was wrong. If a large workshop, rows of machinery orderly discharge, high-speed operation, only one or two workers at work. Looking at these high-speed machines, I finally understand how the 30 million tons of production capacity came from. Now production is mechanized, which is no longer traditional human labor. Mechanized production liberates labor productivity, greatly increases output, reduces production cost, ensures product quality, and provides a good guarantee for enterprise competition.
(three) familiar with their own products and competitors
During the internship, I listened to the lectures given by the factory directors of three enterprises, and found that they all have a * * * nature: they are very familiar with their products, especially their characteristics, uses, advantages and disadvantages. Not only that, they also know their competitors very well, such as their product characteristics, their output and their marketing strategies. The experience of the director and the factory director well confirms what the teacher has taught. First of all, introduce advanced production equipment to ensure quality. The production equipment of Zhonghe Plastic Group Co., Ltd. is very advanced, which ensures the quality of their products. Secondly, establish a quality policy and hang a sign on the wall of the workshop. The content of the logo is the company's quality policy: quality-oriented, market-oriented, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction; Company's quality policy: target product qualification rate =98%, customer satisfaction rate =95%, employee training rate 100%, customer complaints and complaint handling rate 100%. In this way, every employee will always keep in mind the company's requirements for product quality and deepen the product quality requirements into the words and deeds of employees. Since the simulation practice, I have assumed the responsibilities of marketing director, mainly to reply to the orders of dealers, sign contracts, and summarize the goods sold in the next season. Also responsible for various competitions, such as CIS, advertising creative competition, etc. , and these related competitions. This is the responsibility of the marketing director of our company, which may be different from other companies.
However, speaking of the actual situation, if you are in the company, you need to help others. If someone is not working, you will take his/her place. So in the past two months, in addition to the core work of accounting, logistics, procurement and other work have been experienced, but only a few times.
Later, after the rotation system, I changed from marketing director to logistics director. This change has brought me into contact with more peripheral organizations, such as handling goods transportation procedures in third-party logistics and goods export procedures in customs.
Second, the internship plan
As far as our manufacturers are concerned, our projects are relatively uncomplicated, mainly because the difference between buying and selling is the main profit. On the comprehensive simulation practice platform, we 18 manufacturers face only 8 dealers, which makes us have to try our best to get orders. The second is to control procurement costs and logistics costs. Although these are not very effective, they cannot be ignored. The compass of fate sometimes plays tricks on us, making this simulation more interesting, and there will be some games every few days. In fact, the basic process is very simple, but it is not a problem to study it carefully. Briefly talk about the basic operation. Negotiate the order with the distributor, and agree on the price and quantity of the goods, and then reply to get the order, and then the distributor will come and sign the contract. Then we will deliver our goods to each other through third-party logistics, so that we can send invoices and outbound orders to channel providers. If the goods are from abroad, we need to declare the goods and go through the corresponding export declaration procedures. After customs clearance, you have to go to the tax bureau for tax refund and go to the bank for entry. Because the finance director and the finance director are busy, I am responsible for filling out the check and paying in the bank, and then I will directly hand over the receipt of the check to the finance department for safekeeping and bookkeeping. After completing the response work, negotiate with the channel dealers for the next quarter's orders, and then tell our production supervisor, purchasing supervisor, logistics supervisor and financial supervisor about our next quarter's needs, so as to make the corresponding budget.
And my work after the marketing director: in addition to the above work, I have to formulate the sales volume of each quarter and predict the demand of the whole market. Then after each quarter, we have to calculate the inventory of each quarter, and according to these data, we can link them quarter by quarter. However, in the first quarter, I didn't know much about the whole market and the requirements of the whole rules, so after discussing and re-understanding the book with CEO, I further deepened the simulation rules of the whole market. This is what I learned extra. I think I should help the finance department share the work, let alone share it. I should learn other knowledge besides the market.
In this way, the basic process of a quarter is completed, and the basic things that everyone should do every day are also described. This is the basic content of internship.
On Thursday morning of the third week, a meeting of marketing executives was held. Don't say it's the discussion of the marketing director. I think this is more like a complaint meeting. Many people directly talk about the disadvantages brought by the simulation market, saying that the simulation market is insufficient, flawed, monopolized by manufacturers and unruly. I think we should not only see the shortcomings, but also the benefits brought by the simulation market. After all, the commuting system is stipulated by many companies outside. This requires us to go to work on time and be punctual. I think punctuality is the basic principle of being a man. They complained about unfair competition among manufacturers. Is the outside world fair? The market is inherently competitive and there is no fairness. However, some marketing directors have put forward their own development plans and shared their experiences. Simulation does have many shortcomings and limitations, but simulation practice does give us a place to learn.

First of all, internal problems. When I first started working, because everyone didn't know the complete process, time was always delayed, and many jobs couldn't keep up with the progress. Then I don't know where the agency is. Now I find that many books are not well kept. Every job in the book has a place, and there are many reference data in the book.
