legal basis: article 2 of the announcement of compensation and resettlement scheme for land expropriation in Maanshan city (29th batch in 217), the compensation standard, amount and payment object

this land expropriation is compensated by comprehensive land price in accordance with the Interim Standard for Compensation and Resettlement of Collective Land and Houses in Bowang District of Maanshan City. Among them, the land compensation fee is 4% of the comprehensive land price of the requisitioned area, and the resettlement fee (including the basic old-age security fund for landless farmers) is 6% of the comprehensive land price of the requisitioned area, as shown in the following table:

(1) 7% of the total land compensation fee is used by the villagers of Wangcun Village, Qiantangku Village and Gaocun Village in Dongtang Village, Danyang Town, Bowang District to solve the production and living expenses of the villagers. The remaining 3% will be included in the village collective economic organization provident fund, which will be used to deal with the problems left over from previous land requisition and relocation, and its use and management will be supervised by the Bowang District People's Government.

(2) After paying the resettlement fees for the villagers of Wangcun Village, Qiantangku Village and Gaocun Village in Dongtang Village, Danyang Town, Bowang District, and the subsidies for self-funded peasants and full-time college students, the balance will be paid into the special account of the basic old-age security fund for landless farmers in Bowang District by the people's government.
