My name is Zhang Kai, and I'm from ATA class of 05 software in Information Technology Department. I am currently the chairman of the College League Society, the monitor of the college flag class, the labor committee member, and the chairman and secretary of the College League Society of Information Technology.

Whenever I mention my life as a student cadre, I feel proud and excited. Since I stepped into the sacred gate of the university, I have never left the excellent group of student cadres. During this period, I met many teachers who patiently cultivated me and friends who really helped me. When people entrusted me with arduous responsibilities with trust, my teacher kept telling me: "There are no excellent individuals, only excellent teams". It is also in such an excellent group that my ability has been exercised and my thoughts have been improved. I regard my cadre experience as the most precious wealth in my life, and always strive to add luster to this excellent group with the highest enthusiasm! Today, I stand here proudly, not on behalf of myself, but on behalf of all the outstanding student cadres in our college who have silently contributed to serving the vast number of students!

With a beautiful vision and enthusiasm for college life, I entered the big family of business schools. When I was a freshman, I began to have confidence in college life through strict military training. Military training greatly improved my will and discipline. After military training, I was awarded the title of "excellent student"!

In line with the requirements of "self-confidence, self-improvement, self-discipline" and my love for student cadres, I participated in the class cadre election and was elected as the labor committee member with absolute votes. Later, in the election of the directors of departments and league organizations, I was elected as the director of the labor and health department of departments and league organizations. At that time, I felt how important the responsibility as a student cadre was, and I encountered many difficulties in my work. At this time, teachers and classmates constantly encouraged and helped me, which filled me with confidence, and at the same time, I overcame the difficulties with my enthusiasm and enthusiasm. Labor hygiene is the first condition for us to create a civilized and elegant learning environment, and doing a good job in labor hygiene is the fundamental guarantee. In the class, I set an example, urging everyone to do a good job in health work and carefully arrange health tasks. During this period, our class won the first place in the "ten-star" classroom health appraisal of the Information Department. At the same time, I adhere to the principle of checking statistical health results every day and finding and solving problems in time in the work of departments and league organizations. These have accumulated some work experience. In the work and study, I constantly set up my own image with practical actions, which has been recognized by teachers and classmates. I am determined to do better and expect nothing in return. In 2005, 1 1 was elected as the information department, chairman and secretary of the league club during the change of ministries and league clubs. At the same time, in order to better improve my ideological understanding, I submitted an application for joining the party to the party organization with longing and reverence. Due to the financial difficulties at home, I also participated in the work-study program and arranged to send water workers in ten student apartments part-time. I was born and raised in the countryside, and I was not overwhelmed by heavy work. In the following year, I insisted on being serious and responsible, and never said a word "tired" from beginning to end.

In the next semester, with the hope of leading teachers and the trust of the majority of students, I led the third group club of the Information Department to carry out a lot of work and beneficial activities. During this period, we organized cultural and sports activities such as "Love Donation-Voluntary Newspaper Selling", and organized volunteers from all over the hospital to participate in the 40th Spring Road Race, all kinds of ball games for men and women, all kinds of speech contests, "Voluntary Computer Maintenance" and "Calligraphy Comic Exhibition" in Changsha, which created a strong campus cultural atmosphere for the students. In particular, the "Love Donation-Voluntary Newspaper Selling" activity not only allows everyone to spread love and warmth, but also allows everyone to carry out social practice, which has won praise from all walks of life and has become one of our brand activities. In 2006, we learned from Lei Feng, launched a large-scale voluntary maintenance activity of "learning from Lei Feng and building a new style", organized cooperation with the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and set up some voluntary services in international villas, garden villas and schools in western Guangdong, which won the support and recognition from all walks of life. In April 2006, volunteers from our college were organized to participate in the road race, which made everyone feel that "unity is strength" and "life comes from sports". In the competition, a volunteer from our college also won the 75th place in the "Women's Group". At the same time, due to the excellent organizational work, Changsha Sports Bureau awarded our college the title of "Best Organizational Unit Award", which won the honor for the school. Computer Culture and Art Festival is a brand activity of our department, which provides a big stage for students to display their professional knowledge. These activities have been well received by teachers and students. After each activity, I will organize a meeting summary and invite teachers to comment. At the meeting, I will talk about my feelings and shortcomings, accumulate valuable experience for improving the quality of activities in the next step, greatly improve the organization and coordination ability of our cadres, and better serve the students.

Although I will encounter many difficulties in carrying out my work, I insist on pushing myself with a firm will to make a good start, not afraid of hardship and fatigue; On the one hand, work hard and study; On the other hand, I also carried out work-study programs, worked hard in my life, enthusiastically helped my classmates solve their difficulties, and deeply realized the ups and downs in the process of growing up. Through the selection, I also became a member of the national flag class of the elite team of the college. In the flag-raising class, I adhered to principles, overcame hardships and trained strictly. As a model of major universities in Hexi, Changsha, I contributed my own strength to the flag-raising work in our college!

Work hard and forge ahead! While shouldering the heavy responsibility, we should not forget to study and improve ourselves ideologically. Last year, through strict examination in all aspects, I gloriously participated in the first training course for activists joining the Party in 2006, and further improved my ideological understanding of the Party during my study. When I graduated, I won the title of "excellent student" with excellent performance. I am just the representative of all the student cadres who work silently, and the honor belongs to every student cadre!

Review the past and look forward to the future! At the third league congress of the college, the majority of student representatives once again gave me the opportunity with trust. I was elected as the chairman of the fourth Federation of Associations and concurrently served as the monitor of the national flag class. I feel that my responsibility is more important than Mount Tai, but my confidence tells me that I will work harder.
