Business School is one of the largest faculty and students in Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, with 48 faculty members and nearly 1,5 undergraduates and postgraduates. It has five undergraduate majors: international economy and trade, marketing, e-commerce, logistics management and logistics engineering. The five master programs of industrial economics, marketing, logistics management, e-commerce and logistics engineering have undertaken the construction tasks of doctoral programs (marketing and logistics direction) of the first-class authorized disciplines of business administration and enterprise management (marketing and logistics management) of provincial key disciplines.

(1) Construction of teaching staff

The business school has 8 professors, including 14 doctors and doctoral students, including 2 young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders in Yunnan Province (Professor Li Yanfeng and Professor Nie Yuankun) and 2 young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders in Yunnan Province (Professor Lan Tian and Professor Ran Wenxue); Two famous teachers in Yunnan Province (Li Yanfeng, Professor Ran Literature); 1 doctoral supervisor (Li Yanfeng); Professor Li Yanfeng was hired by the Ministry of Education as a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Logistics Specialty, and was approved by the provincial famous teacher studio. Professor Ran Wenxue was elected as the vice chairman of the Logistics Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society. It has a provincial-level innovation team in Yunnan Province-a provincial-level innovation team in modern logistics management and a provincial-level teaching team in marketing and logistics.

(II) Discipline and Specialty Construction

Since the establishment of the Business School in 23, the college has paid close attention to the national teaching reform and quality engineering and achieved fruitful results. Obtained 8 national quality engineering projects and 15 provincial quality engineering projects, which laid a good development foundation for building a high-level business school.

(1) Constantly improve the professional system and form professional characteristics

Introducing modern professional theory and technology into professional construction, highlighting the dominant courses of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, and relying on the enterprise management of key disciplines at the provincial level in Yunnan, the professional characteristics of the practice system of school-enterprise cooperation experimental training+on-campus experiment+improvement of college students' practical ability have gradually formed. Marketing has become a national first-class specialty and a provincial-level key specialty, and logistics management has become a national second-class specialty, a provincial-level key specialty and a provincial-level specialty. The major of international economy and trade is a provincial key discipline, a Yunnan provincial characteristic major and a comprehensive reform pilot major in Yunnan Province (it is recommended to participate in the selection of national comprehensive pilot majors). E-commerce is a key specialty at the school level.

(2) Construction and reform of professional curriculum system

In the construction of professional curriculum system, each major has determined the development key direction. For example, International Trade Theory and Policy (national bilingual demonstration course, provincial bilingual demonstration course) and International Economics (school-level excellent course) for international economics and trade majors; Highlighting students' foreign language advantages, the postgraduate admission rate of this major ranks in the forefront of the school for two consecutive years, reaching 19 in 29; There are 33 students studying in ASEAN, and it is expected to continue to increase. Marketing majors have formed characteristic courses such as Marketing (a provincial-level excellent course, which has twice hit the national excellent course), Market Research (a provincial-level excellent course), Business Negotiation and Brand Management (a national 11th Five-Year Plan textbook). The major of logistics management has formed such characteristic courses as Modern Logistics Management (National Excellent Video Open Course Construction Plan, National Excellent Course, Yunnan Excellent Video Open Course and Yunnan Excellent Course), Logistics Finance and Logistics Quality Management. E-commerce major has formed characteristic courses such as Database Application, Network Marketing, Network and Communication, and Operating System (all key courses at the school level).

At the same time of curriculum construction, the intensity of textbook construction has been increased. Business School has published four national 11th Five-Year Plan textbooks (Business Negotiation, Brand Management, Marketing and Modern Logistics Management) and six ministerial planning textbooks (published by Science Press). Marketing won the first prize of national excellent teaching materials, and the three-dimensional construction of marketing course won the second prize of national teaching achievements. The three textbooks include the provincial excellent textbook award won by Yunnan University of Finance and Economics in 29. Modern Logistics Management (second edition) was selected as the national excellent textbook and won the first prize of China Wuhua Book Award in 21. Introduction to Logistics Management and Market Survey were selected as the textbooks for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of Yunnan Province, and Business Negotiation, Marketing and Modern Logistics Management were recommended by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education.

(4) Strengthen practical teaching and improve students' practical ability

(3) discipline construction

The establishment of doctoral programs for marketing and logistics, and the establishment of doctoral programs for e-commerce innovation centers and logistics laboratories; The Master of Logistics Management has become the first batch of joint innovation training bases for graduate education of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Provincial Degree Office (in cooperation with Yunnan Logistics Industry Group), and the employment rate of graduates of Logistics Management, Industrial Economics and Marketing is 1%.

(4) Scientific research

Business schools have formed advantages and characteristics in the research in the fields of logistics system planning and design, logistics automation and informatization, e-commerce and marketing for China-ASEAN. Professor Li Yanfeng presided over the completion of the national social science fund project "Research on the Construction of Industrial Supply Chain in China-ASEAN", and the conclusion was appraised as excellent. Ye Qiongwei and Dou Zhiwu presided over two national natural science fund projects, Professor Lan Tian presided over one national social science fund project, and Li Yanfeng, Liu Shengchun and Feng Yuyi presided over three humanities and social science planning projects of the Ministry of Education. The Institute of Logistics won five national patents, and Professor Nie Yuankun and Dr. Ji Chunli published papers in Managing the World. Business school teachers have won several Yunnan Science and Technology Progress Awards and Yunnan Social Science Achievement Awards. "Lean Logistics" was selected as the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" book. Inspired by the spirit of "never give up and strive for the first place" in business schools, an orange culture with its own characteristics has been formed, which has enhanced the collective sense of honor of the students and the cohesion of the college. In the national challenge cup, singer contest, host contest, "CCTV" Cup oral English contest, e-commerce contest and other competitions, students' passing rate and employment rate are among the best in the school.
