The concept of state power refers to people's basic views and attitudes on power issues, including the source of power, the nature of power and the basic attitude of using power. It is a concentrated expression of the outlook on life and values of those in power, and it is a fundamental view on state and social power. With regard to state and social power, Marx demonstrated that people are the subject and ultimate source of all state power, and believed that people are the creators of material wealth and spiritual wealth, the decisive force to promote social development, and the creators of human history. Marx systematically expounded the view of state power from the perspective of historical materialism, and formed a complete and scientific view of historical materialism power.
