I think outpatient co-ordination means that the outpatient expenses of the insured are included in the reimbursement scope of the co-ordination fund in the basic medical insurance. Patients who go to the outpatient clinic are not reimbursed, and they can enjoy preferential treatment when they go to the hospital where they often go to see a doctor.
