Can I bring a calculator to the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination?

You are not allowed to bring calculators into the examination room for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination.

The exam is a closed-book, computer-based exam. Only the calculator that comes with the computer can be used in the exam room, and you are not allowed to bring your own calculator.

Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination Regulations: 1. On the day of the examination, candidates need to bring their admission ticket and the original valid second-generation ID card into the examination room; Hong Kong and Macao residents can present the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Taiwan residents can present the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.

Residents of other regions can present their passports.

2. You are not allowed to bring mobile phones, bags, books, materials, notebooks, scratch papers, electronic tools, calculators, etc. into the examination room. Once found, it may be regarded as a violation, and the results will be canceled and fined from one to three.

A year's ban from taking exams.

3. You can bring a calculation pen to the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination, but you are not allowed to bring scratch paper into the examination room.

Scratch paper will be provided in the examination room. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination room with scratch paper after the exam.

4. Candidates who fail to log in and confirm on the exam machine 20 minutes after the exam starts will be deemed to be absent from the exam. They can hand in their papers and leave the venue 45 minutes after the exam starts.
