Sichuan and Chongqing culture
The ancient Shu State, or Shu State, was established in Sichuan during the ancient pre-Qin period in China, and was later destroyed by Qin. Shu is an ancient nation different from Huaxia in the pre-Qin period, and the word "Shu" was first seen in Oracle Bone Inscriptions in Shang Dynasty. According to records, Shu people helped Zhou Wuwang in the grazing war of Shang and Zhou Dynasties, but the history of Shu was not recorded in Qin literature until the Records of Huayang Country in Changqu, Eastern Jin Dynasty.
The ancestors of the ancient Shu people were the Shushan family. Some people think that Shushan clan and Can Cong clan rose in the upper reaches of Minjiang River, and they are a branch of the ancient Qiang people (linguistically belonging to the Tibeto-Burman language family). There was not only one dynasty in Shu, but before Qin destroyed Shu, Shu was led by Can Cong, Guan Bai, Yu Fu, Du Yu and Ming Kai. Before Ming Kai V, Shu was built in Fanxiang Guangdu (now Huayang, Chengdu), and by Ming Kai IX, Shu was built in Chengdu.
