2. Participate in unemployment insurance according to law and pay unemployment insurance premiums in full;
3. No layoffs or layoffs in the previous year were lower than the registered unemployment rate in urban areas as a whole;
4. The enterprise has a sound financial system and standardized management and operation.
Legal basis: Notice on Issues Related to Unemployment Insurance Supporting Enterprises to Stabilize their Jobs For enterprises that take effective measures to stabilize their jobs without layoffs or fewer layoffs, the unemployment insurance fund will give subsidies for stabilizing their jobs.
According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Properly Handling Labor Relations during the Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus, qualified enterprises can enjoy job security subsidies as required.
Enterprises that meet the following conditions may apply for occupational security subsidies:
(1) The production and operation activities conform to the industrial structure adjustment policies and environmental protection policies of the country and its region;
(two) to participate in unemployment insurance according to law and pay unemployment insurance premiums in full;
(3) There were no layoffs in the last year or the layoffs rate was lower than the registered unemployment rate in towns and cities in the overall planning area;
(4) The enterprise has a sound financial system and standardized management and operation.
