A self-funded study abroad intermediary service institution shall not carry out self-funded study abroad consultation, lectures, symposiums, briefings and other forms of self-funded study abroad enrollment promotion activities in the compulsory education stage. Self-funded study abroad intermediary service institutions shall not charge tuition fees or organize relevant teaching activities for clients instead of foreign educational institutions.

2. Overseas institutions and individuals, representative offices of overseas institutions in China, foreign-invested enterprises and Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools shall not engage in intermediary services for studying abroad at their own expense in any form in China. It is clear in the opinion draft that if an intermediary service institution studying abroad at its own expense publishes false information and organizes intermediary activities in China, causing serious social impact, it will be fined 50,000 yuan to 65,438+10,000 yuan, or even disqualified.

Three, at their own expense to study abroad intermediary service institutions shall, according to the model of self-funded study abroad service contract, formulate a unified format contract text, and sign a service contract with the service object, clear the rights and obligations of both parties. 4. If it is found that the study abroad agency instigates, assists or organizes the client to provide false materials or forge relevant materials to study abroad at his own expense, resulting in the client being unable to legally reside and study abroad; If a party has a dispute or emergency abroad and fails to report to the relevant department or send someone to deal with it in time, resulting in adverse social impact, a fine of 50,000 yuan to 65,438+10,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, the qualification certificate of the intermediary service institution for studying abroad shall be revoked.
