Of course, not all fishing boats are prohibited from going out to sea. The state stipulates that the ban on the sea refers to large fishing boats that catch on a large scale. Small boats are not allowed to go fishing or cast nets in the sea without affecting the fishery. So there will be relatively few seafood in summer, some of which are frozen or farmed before, and of course some of which are caught by boat.
Fishing boats should, in principle, return to their port of registry for fishing. If it is really impossible to return to the port of registry for fishing due to special circumstances, it shall be confirmed by the provincial fishery department where the port of registry is located, and arrangements shall be made to dock at the port of registry adjacent to the dock within the scope of this province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government. Due to the limitation of fishing port capacity in this province, it is really impossible to accommodate fishing boats, which shall be arranged by the fishery administrative department of this province and the relevant provincial fishery administrative departments through consultation.
Fishing gear fishing boats shall strictly implement the declaration system for the entry and exit of fishing boats, strictly prohibit fishing in violation of the provisions of the fishing license on the type of operation, place, time limit and fishing gear quantity, implement the fixed-point landing system for catches, and establish a supervision and inspection mechanism for landed catches.
