5. It has legal office space and necessary equipment and personnel.
6. Meet the requirements of other laws and regulations.
It should be noted that the establishment of charitable foundations needs to be approved and registered by the civil affairs department. When applying for registration, you need to provide corresponding materials, including the articles of association of the foundation, the list of sponsors, the certificate of registered capital, the certificate of office space, etc. In the process of examination and approval, the civil affairs department will review the qualifications, articles of association and sources of funds of the applicant. Those who meet the relevant laws and regulations can obtain the registration certificate of charitable foundation.
In addition, the establishment of charitable foundations also needs to comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Non-profit Organizations. Charitable foundations shall regularly report their finances and operations to the civil affairs departments and accept supervision and inspection.
