For money funds, the funds raised are mainly invested in the money market, such as bank deposits, which earn interest every day, so the weekend is profitable. At the same time, the Monetary Fund calculates the income of the day, distributes and pays it every day. When there is a legal holiday, it will disclose the income during the holiday on the second natural day after the holiday, which leads investors to find that the income on the first day after the weekend is particularly high.

For bond funds, the funds raised are mainly invested in the bond market, and the income mainly comes from the change of net value and bond interest, calculated according to 360 days. Therefore, bond funds have gains on weekends, and the gains on weekends are generally reflected in the net value of fund shares.

At the same time, it should be noted that the bond funds and monetary funds purchased by investors will not be able to obtain income until the weekend when their shares are confirmed on Friday. If their shares are not confirmed on Friday, they will not make a profit on the weekend. For example, if you buy bond funds or monetary funds on weekends, their purchase orders will not be submitted, and generally you need to wait until next Monday (trading day). After confirming your own shares and dividends, you will begin to calculate your own profits, that is,
