There are three subjects in the qualification examination for fund practitioners, one is compulsory, and the other is two or three elective courses. Section 2 Securities investment funds are more suitable for novices who are not familiar with funds; Section 3 Private equity funds are more suitable for candidates who have been exposed to fund work. No matter which subject you take, the final certificate is the same.

Relatively speaking, the pass rate in the third quarter is relatively high. If the candidate is a student and has no relevant experience, you can choose subject 2. If they have surgical experience, it is recommended to choose three subjects. You can also consider the work you want to do or the difficulty of the exam if the exam direction is different.

Securities qualification examination subjects are divided into basic subjects and professional subjects. Basic subjects are the basic knowledge of the securities market, including: securities trading, securities issuance and underwriting, securities investment analysis and securities investment funds.

Only by passing the examination of basic subjects and professional subjects can we obtain the qualification of securities practitioners. Those who meet the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Securities Practitioners' Qualifications may apply to the Association for a practicing certificate through their company. Of course, the more subjects there are, the better and wider the business will be.
