Starting from October 12th, any balance newly transferred to Yu'E Bao can only be transferred back to the balance and then applied for withdrawal. According to Alipay's regulations, fees will be charged if the free limit is exceeded.

However, the transfer of funds from bank cards to Yu'E Bao and the transfer of Yu'E Bao funds to bank cards in my name are still free and will not be affected.

All Yu'e Bao funds cannot be transferred out. It is recommended to verify whether part of the funds are transferred from the balance. If the funds are transferred from the balance, it is recommended to transfer the funds to the balance first and apply for withdrawal again.
