In order to obtain the registration requirements of fund qualification, candidates need to pass the examination of subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Norms, and subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds, or pass the examination of subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Norms and Subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds.
At present, the results of the fund qualification examination are valid for four years. On the premise of passing one subject, candidates need to apply for and pass another subject within the validity period in order to obtain the qualification certificate of fund practice. There is no need to repeat the examination for the passed subjects.
After passing the two exams, you can apply to the fund industry association for the qualification of registered funds within four years through your institution. Those who have not applied for the qualification of registered funds through institutions for more than four years need to re-take the qualification examination or make up the follow-up training hours specified in the last two years before registration.
