Bank of China will provide credit support for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises on the basis of establishing a risk fund pool by the government, guarantee companies (insurance companies) and borrowing enterprises, and provide comprehensive credit business with certain interest rate concessions and guarantee (insurance) fee concessions.
