Regarding the recruitment of civil servants (staff) in the 2010 public examination
< p> AnnouncementIn accordance with the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China and the Civil Servant Recruitment Regulations (Trial), and in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, the provincial civil service department With approval, our city has decided to recruit 124 civil servants through public examinations and staff managed in accordance with the Civil Servant Law. 1. Recruitment targets and application conditions
(1) Recruitment targets: 2011 college graduates and in-service and non-in-service personnel who meet the job requirements. Among them, fresh graduates from colleges and universities in 2011 must obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate and other certificates required by the position before July 31, 2011, and go through the recruitment procedures with the certificate; other personnel must obtain the nationally recognized academic qualifications required by the position before the interview qualification review Graduation certificates, degree certificates and other certificates. Those who fail to obtain the relevant certificates within the stipulated time will not be hired or will not proceed to the next step of the examination, and the responsibility will be borne by the individual.
Among the recruitment candidates, "personnel with more than 2 years of grassroots work experience" means that applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to experience working in party and government agencies below the county (city, district) level, state-owned enterprises and institutions at all levels, village (community) organizations and other economic organizations, social organizations, etc. (excluding students while in school) social practice, internship, etc. experience). Those who have worked in a military regiment or equivalent unit below the regiment can be regarded as having grassroots work experience. For college graduates who have worked at the grassroots level and then entered school, their grassroots working time before entering school can be calculated as the time they have grassroots work experience. The calculation method of "2 years" in "more than 2 years of grassroots work experience" means that by the time of registration, the applicant's cumulative time working at the grassroots level has reached the second anniversary.
(2) Application requirements:
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China ;
3. Applicants aged between 18 and 35 years old (born between September 30, 1974 and September 30, 1992), and those who have obtained a doctorate can be relaxed to 40 years old (born on September 30, 1969) (born later);
4. Have good conduct;
5. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally;
6. Have a culture that meets the requirements of the position level and work ability;
7. Comply with the provisions on recusal in Article 68 of the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China;
8. Comply with the regulations of the civil service authority other conditions.
(3) Anyone who has any of the following circumstances shall not register:
1. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and persons who have been dismissed from public office;
2. Persons who violate regulations and disciplines during the civil service recruitment at all levels and are within the ban period;
3. Persons who refuse to report to the employer after being approved for employment and are disqualified from applying for civil servants;
4. Newly hired civil servants during the probation period and personnel working in agencies (units) governed by the Civil Servant Law;
5. Active military personnel;
6. Civil servants and Personnel who have worked in agencies (units) governed by the Civil Servant Law and have been dismissed for less than five years;
7. Personnel who have other circumstances that prevent them from being employed as civil servants as stipulated by law.

2. Recruiting units and quotas
***Recruiting 124 students. Five civil servants from district and county agencies, 77 civil servants from township agencies, 24 judicial assistants from district and county grassroots judicial offices, and 18 staff from district and county management units with reference to the Civil Servant Law were recruited through public examinations for the public. For specific recruitment units and job quotas, please refer to the "2010 Zigong City Public Examination Recruitment Civil Servants (Staff) Positions Table" (Appendix 1).
3. Registration and preliminary qualification review
Registration for this exam will be conducted online. The online registration period is from October 4 to October 11, 2010, and the registration website is the Sichuan Personnel Examination Network (www.scpta.gov.cn). The qualification review work shall be carried out by the district and county civil servant departments. The qualification review includes three steps: preliminary qualification review during online registration, qualification review before interview, and qualification confirmation during the inspection. If an applicant is found to be unqualified for the position at any stage, his/her application or employment qualification will be cancelled.
