1.1 If the topics involved in the funded and awarded manuscripts have obtained national, ministerial or provincial funds or above or are research projects, a footnote should be made in the lower left corner of the title page, such as Fund Project XX Fund Support (Fund No. XXXX)
, and attach a copy of the fund certificate.
For papers that are National Science Foundation projects or provincial or ministerial level or above key research topics and have won scientific and technological achievements or invention awards, please indicate this and attach the approval certificate (copy) of the relevant approval agency or department.
After the paper is published, the winner should notify the editorial department in time and attach the award certificate (copy).
1.2 Manuscript format Submissions must be made in two copies, one of which can be handwritten or typed, and the other can be a photocopy.
The handwriting is required to be clear, and English abstracts and documents should be printed on alternate lines. Special language types, upper and lower subscripts, and the need for italics should be noted.
Manuscripts with illegible handwriting and unclear corrections will not be accepted.
1.3 Manuscripts must be accompanied by a recommendation letter from the institution.
Recommendation letters should indicate the review comments on the manuscript and the failure to submit one manuscript to two.
The manuscripts involved in "one manuscript, two submissions" refer to reports of original research or although the two manuscripts may have some differences in the expression of the text and the narrative of the discussions, the main data and figures of these manuscripts are the same.

The manuscripts referred to do not include minutes of important meetings, diagnostic standards and prevention and treatment guidelines for diseases, consensus documents reached by relevant organizations, news report manuscripts, and abstracts or preliminary reports published in one publication and then submitted to the full text in another.

If the authors of the above types of manuscripts want to re-submit, they should make an explanation to the editorial department of this journal.
1.4 The floppy disk attached to the manuscript has been reviewed and initially proposed for publication. After the manuscript has been revised and sorted according to the rejection comments, in order to shorten the publication cycle and reduce errors, please send the revised manuscript back to the editorial department of this journal in plain text format together with a printed copy of the revised manuscript.

1.5 According to the Copyright Law and based on the specific situation of this journal, if the manuscript does not receive a manuscript processing notice within 3 months after receiving the receipt from the journal, it is still under review.
If the author wants to submit his work to other journals, please contact this journal first and do not submit the same manuscript twice.
Please keep your manuscripts for yourself. The journal generally does not reject manuscripts that are not used for publication.
1.6 All submissions are solely the responsibility of the author.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, this journal may modify or delete the text of the submitted manuscript. Any modifications involving the original intention will be brought to the author's consideration.
If the revised manuscript is not sent back 3 months after the due date, it will be deemed to be automatically withdrawn.
1.7 Submissions must pay a manuscript processing fee of RMB 20.
After the manuscript is confirmed for publication, the page fee must be paid according to the amount notified.
Those who require color pictures to be published will need to pay additional color picture printing costs.
The page fee and color figure printing cost can be paid by the author's institution from project funds, scientific research fees or other expenses.
After the manuscript is published, the manuscript will be remunerated and a copy of the current issue of the magazine will be given as a gift.
1.8 The unit, address, postal code, and sender on the manuscript envelope should be as consistent as possible with the text, and the handwriting should be clear and not scrawl.
1.9 All manuscripts accepted by this journal are published on paper carriers.
