Nodered can customize the switching icon as follows:

1. In the Node-RED Editor, select the switch node whose icon you want to change, and then click the Edit button to the right of the node to open the Node Editor.

2. Select the icon tab, which will display the current icon and color.

3. In the icon field, enter the name of the custom icon you want to use.

4. In the Color field, enter the name or hexadecimal value of the icon color to be used, click the Finish button to save your changes and close the Node Editor.

5. Return to the main editor interface, click the "Deploy" button to save the changes and reload the editor.
