Professor Najing is a national high-level talent distinguished professor, a "Marie Curie scholar" of the European Union, and a winner of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Youth, Yunnan Outstanding Youth Fund and Yunnan Outstanding Youth Fund. He has won the May 4th Medal for Chinese Youth, the National Excellent Teacher, the National Youth Post Expert, the Yunnan Advanced Worker, the Yunnan Youth May 4th Medal, the Yunnan Excellent Teacher and the Yunnan Upward Good Youth. Professor Najing has been engaged in modeling and intelligent control of complex electromechanical systems for a long time, and has obtained a series of international leading scientific research achievements with independent intellectual property rights, which has made positive contributions to breaking through some key technologies in China's high-end equipment field and cultivated a large number of outstanding scientific and technological talents for Yunnan's economic and social development.
