if you want to go straight, you have to take a walk. Take bus No.655 south of Tongan Bus Station and get off at Hubin West Road Station. Go straight ahead and turn left at Hubin South Road. Go along for about 2 meters and you will find the Fund Building. You can also take bus No.659 at Tongan District Government Station, transfer to bus No.27 at SM (or at any station on Jiahe Road before) and get off at Douxi Road Station on Binnan Road. After crossing the road, go straight ahead, and the building next to the gate of No.11 Middle School is the Fund Building.
