It consists of the value of necessary products created by laborers for their own labor and the value of some surplus products created for social labor. Generally speaking, socialist consumption funds can be divided into: ① individual consumption funds, that is, labor remuneration paid to members of society to meet their personal and family needs. This is the main part of the consumer fund. (2) Expenditure on culture, education and health, that is, expenditure on science, culture, education, art and health care. ③ Social security fund, that is, expenditure for social relief and social welfare. (four) state management and national defense funds, that is, expenditures for state management and national defense. The first item belongs to the individual consumption fund, and the last three items belong to the social consumption fund. Marx predicted in Critique of the Gotha Program that compared with capitalist society, the funds used for state management in socialist society will be relatively reduced, and will continue to decrease with the development of new society. The consumption funds in culture, education, sanitation and health care will increase greatly, and will increase with the development of the new society. This foresight has been confirmed by the practice of socialist construction.
