1. On the login page, click the forgot password option in the lower right corner. You need to verify the investor's personal information, enter the ID number of the investor's account, and click Next in the upper right corner.

2. If the ID card information is correct, enter the mobile phone number of the investor's account, click Get Verification Code, enter a 6-digit verification code, and reset the investor's trading password after verification.

3. After the password is successfully modified, investors can log in with the new password.
