Legal analysis: If the trade union organization of the company conforms to the provisions of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Trade Union Law and the National Trade Union Law and has the qualification of a social organization as a legal person, it is allowed to open a basic deposit account in the real name of the trade union organization with the account opening materials such as the Qualification Certificate of a Social Organization as a Legal Person and the Approval Letter for the Establishment of a Superior Trade Union. Of course, people's banks in different places have different requirements. Legal basis: Article 25 of the Constitution of China Trade Union. Enterprises, institutions, organs, other social organizations and other grass-roots units shall establish trade union organizations according to law. Communities and administrative villages can establish trade union organizations.
