The Securities Industry Association of China promulgated the Interim Measures for the Examination of Registered International Investment Analysts, which stipulated the conditions for taking the CIIA examination. As the qualification examination for securities practitioners organized by China Securities Industry Association has been recognized by ACIIA, it can replace the basic part of international general knowledge examination and the local part of CIIA examination. Therefore, people who have passed the qualification examination organized by China Securities Association can directly take the final CIIA exam. I will only organize the final exam of CIIA. In addition, according to the practice of CIIA examinations in various countries, some employees can adopt the principle of "experienced qualified candidates" (EQC) to avoid certain examinations. The China Securities Industry Association stipulated the conditions of the "old method" of CIIA examination in China in the "Interim Measures for the Examination of Registered International Investment Analysts": that is, the current senior managers of securities operating institutions or securities research institutions who registered as CIIA examination members before June 2006, worked for more than five years, and obtained the securities business qualification certificate can take the final CIIA examination without the qualification examination.
