-Have not enjoyed or are enjoying other kinds of scholarships from the China Municipal Government;
-Have not obtained or are applying for funding provided by other institutions that are duplicate or similar to the funding of this project.
There are the following special requirements for those who have studied for doctoral degrees or dropped out of school in China:
-people who have entered the doctoral stage are not allowed to apply for doctoral students;
-When applying for joint training of doctoral students, master's and doctoral students must be officially transferred to the status of domestic doctoral students. In order to ensure that the purpose of studying abroad is clear and the joint training plan is feasible, it is recommended that the applicant start a doctoral thesis at the time of application;
-Students who have left school after graduation must be recommended by their domestic work units if they apply for doctoral degrees;
-If you drop out of school, it is ok to apply for csc. The application process is the same as that of students applying through the Office of the National Fund for Studying Abroad of Shanghai Education Commission, except that the accepting unit is not a school.
