1989 Graduated from Nankai University, Ph.D. in International Economics, 1987- 1989 Scholar of Soros Foundation, Harvard University. 1990 entered the American securities industry. Returned to China at the end of 200012005, and was employed as an expert of the World Bank technical assistance project of the Securities Law Revision Group of NPC Financial and Economic Committee in 2004-2005. He is currently the chief economist of Guo Jin Securities and the director of the Institute of Finance of Shanghai Jiaotong University Overseas College.
